Competition terms and conditions of entry

The promoter is Wodonga Carols by Candlelight, a trading name of Wodonga Citizens Band Inc., PO Box 64, Wodonga, Victoria, 3689. ABN: 82 017 566 350.

The 2025 Wodonga Carols by Candlelight Colouring-in Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

Competition entries open at 9:00am AEDT Monday 27 October 2025 and close 5:00pm Sunday 30 November 2025.

Entry is open to children aged 0-12 years. Entrants must be 12 years or younger at the close of the competition. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following local government areas to enter the competition and must reside within one of the following local government areas at the close of the competition:

• City of Wodonga

• Albury City

• Indigo Shire

• Towong Shire

To enter the competition, entrants must colour in the 2025 Wodonga Carols by Candlelight Colouring-in Competition sheet, available for download from WodongaCarols.org/competitions

Name and age of entrant must be complete on the sheet.

A parent / guardian must scan and upload the completed sheet via webform online at WodongaCarols.org/competitions to submit their entry to the competition.

All sections of the webform must be complete for entries to be eligible. The scan of the sheet must be clear, in as high resolution as possible, flat, without creases or damage, and include the entrant’s name and age, as written on the sheet.

The entry will be deemed invalid if illegible or incomplete, or if these requirements are not followed.

The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.

All entries will be the property of the promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.

Entries will be judged by the Wodonga Carols by Candlelight organising committee on Monday 1 December 2025.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Judging will be based on the merit of the entry. 

One winner will be selected. The Wodonga Carols by Candlelight organising committee decision is final and no correspondence will be accepted concerning the granting of the prize.

The prize is a voucher to the Border Show Business Academy (C.C CLARKE & A.B CONSTABLE & L.P SCHMUTTER, ABN: 97 672 578 771), for a year’s classes of your choice, valued up to no more than $1,350 AUD.

Border Show Business Academy prices are a matter for the business, are subject to change, and are no responsibility of Wodonga Carols by Candlelight. Prices are listed on the Border Show Business Academy website: www.bordershowbusinessacademy.com.au

The prize is not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash.

The winner will be announced no later than Friday 5 December 2025.

The winner will be contacted by Wodonga Carols by Candlelight via phone and email.

The name of the competition winner will be published on the Wodonga Carols by Candlelight website, social media channels, and other public forums utilised by the promoter.

The name and contact details of the winner will be provided to the Border Show Business Academy.

If the prize is not claimed by the winner after contact is made with them, Wodonga Carols by Candlelight reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Entries may be published on the Wodonga Carols by Candlelight website and social media channels. 

By entering this competition you give the promoter permission to store and use entrant details for the purpose of sending promotional material via post, email, and phone.
